Walsh has one of those voices that pulls the emotions out of you. She effortlessly makes you feel just how she wants. As she sings, your heart is taken on a journey, and it’s one you want to take over and over again.
On this album, just 3 songs, it’s just her and a guitar. The beauty is in the simplicity of the music. It is like she is sitting in your living room singing only for you.
In a time when most pop artists are using a lot of production techniques and vocal tweaks in the studio, it is refreshing to hear some pure music.
The album has a slow tempo, but the kind perfect for grabbing a cup of tea and watching the rain fall. You want to sit back and relax as she gently serenades you. I say this is an album you must get.
